Start 2023 with a fresh start, and make your new years health resolutions come true. ~Maybe you’ve been trying for years to loose weight long term. ~You’ve tried different pills, diet plans, weighing your food. When you look again, the weight has piled back on.
Intermittent Fasting is not a new fad diet, but a way to change your lifestyle, long term. Many diets focus on what to eat, but intermittent fasting is all about when you eat. With intermittent fasting, you only eat during a specific time. Fasting for a certain number of hours each day or eating just one meal a couple of days a week, can help your body burn fat. And scientific evidence points to a lot of health benefits, as well.

How does it work?
When you sign up, you will receive a link to join the private Facebook group, where everything will be happening. You will also receive a link to the fasting protocol, which you can download in your own time.
Once registration has closed, we will arrange a zoom call, to answer anymore questions that you might have.
Basic outline of program:
Day 1 Preparation: Elimination of problem foods like gluten, sugar, dairy, red meat, alcohol and coffee, and nourish our bodies with nuts, seeds, colourful fruit and vegetables, and certain juices.
Day 2: Start with a 20hr fast (it is more achievable than you think)
Day 3/4/5: Start with 16:8 cycle fast, with our high protein intermittent fasting shake during the 8 hour window.
A lot of extra tips and advice will be given during this time.
